Panasonic Microwave Ovens have something that is exclusive to Panasonic - Inverter Cooking Technology. Inverter Cooking Technology takes microwaves in a new direction, giving you better and true control over your microwave cooking.
When you cook with a Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven, you really do have the option of cooking at high, medium and low power for the entire cooking process. This is what gives you the control. A Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven cooks at 100% of the power selected for 100% of the time required. For example, if you select medium power to cook your favourite recipe, the Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven will cook at medium power for 100% of the time. A conventional microwave oven, simply blasts 100% of the power on and off to control their power level. It is this on/off delivery of power that can result in cold spots and overcooked edges.
Inverter Cooking Technology also offers graduated cooking sequences. Graduated cooking controls the microwave's power levels directly and thereby allows more cooking control. For example, when cooking on a High Power setting, the power level is gradually reduced once the food reaches its optimum cooking temperature.
Only Panasonic's exclusive Inverter Technology delivers true power control and power continuously throughout the cooking process. It is this more accurate power control that can prevent food spillovers, burnt edges or uneven cooking. In addition, cooking and preparation times can be significantly reduced.

The smart Inverter circuit in all of Panasonic's Inverter Microwave Ovens do not take up the space required for traditional microwave components. This allows Panasonic to offer more compact microwaves that do not compromise the size of the oven's cavity & turntable. Our family sized ovens come with a large 380mm turntable and our compact ovens come with a 345mm turntable.
The Panasonic Inverter circuit is also not as heavy as the traditional transformer, so this makes the weight of the Panasonic Inverter Microwave Oven much lighter. Our compact Inverter Microwave Ovens weigh only 12kgs and our family size Inverter Microwaves weigh in at 14.5kgs.

GENIUS ONE TOUCH SENSOR COOKING AND REHEATING
Take the guess work out of microwave cooking and reheating with a Panasonic "Genius" Microwave Oven. At the touch of a button, you can enjoy a pre programmed cooking cycle that automatically adjusts the cooking times and power levels to suit different types of foods, such as chicken, vegetables and rice.
Or, if you want to reheat your food, all you need to do is simply touch the Sensor Reheat Pad and the Panasonic Genius Sensor will automatically calculate the ideal reheating time.
RECIPE PROMPTING
Panasonics Microwaves with Recipe Prompting help you cook up to 30 different delicious recipes without looking at a cookbook. The oven will advise which ingredients to use and the cooking dishes required. It will also instruct you on which power level is needed and how long to cook for. In other words, cooking without a cook book.
WORD PROMPTING
From the moment that you turn your Panasonic Microwave Oven on, you are given word-by-word instructions on such features as setting the Clock, Auto Defrost & using One Touch Sensor Cooking. In total, there are over 50 instructions programmed into the Microwave Oven, covering every feature of its operation. No need to find the instruction manual every time.
